Help Me!

Ok I still can"t access any fighter share lists, they all are empty on my game. I entered in the code on the back of my booklet and have xbox live access, so thats not the problem. I even have an account with EA sports and i have bookmarked countless fighters, but i cant even view them in my game. What do I do? Do I have to complete my MMA Profile on ea sports to activate fighter share? My online record is a dismal 2-10 i've only had this game for a couple of days now.
