I think you would need an HDMI input on a PC video card, so that you could screen capture the through signal from your console.|||I know this is not what you meant but I sometimes use giantbomb.com as they always have profile pictures of the fighters from the UFC game. All you have to do is put their name in the search bar and it'll come up.
eg. http://www.giantbomb.com/mauricio-shogun-rua/94-10824/all-images/52-325954/m017/51-1364909/|||wow ufc game was horrible but graphics were amazing and it just looked real i was looking on that site and seeing what good pictures there were and there were some awesome screenshots almost looked real to bad the gameplay sucked hopefully they can fix that.
