Choke Help

I'm struggling doing the choke submissions. I really don't understand what i'm supposed to do. Any help?|||Chokes are the hardest ones, so don't feel bad. Harder to learn to do, harder to fight against. It's simpler than I'll make it sound, so the best advice is just "keep trying," but here are some basics.
First, the zone is what you're looking for. The little dot of color that appears on the white circle is the zone. Choke Submissions 1 in Career will show it to you. You have to find it on your own after that.
Second, just like anything else in MMA, stamina is key. It doesn't seem like it since chokes are so different from limb subs, but stamina is vital to success in attacking or defending on chokes. The lower your stamina is, the harder it will be for you to get and hold the zone. So when you're struggling to find it, watch your stamina too.
Third, the zone moves around like a Mexican jumping bean. Finding it is usually easier right at the beginning of the choke battle, because the longer the two fighters struggle, the faster the zone starts moving. Holding down and right or down and left is usually a decent place to start the choke battle, but if you don't find it right away, circle to either direction at moderate speed. If you're still not finding it and the other guy isn't either, make sure to rest for half a second or so to avoid burning out your stamina.
Fourth, look for cues. If your stick shakes even the tiniest amount, you're close to the zone. If you see a flicker of color on the circle, someone is close to it.
Fifth, if you get a glimpse or good look at the zone, try to put the stick where it is going, not where it is.
Sixth, the AI cheats insanely in choke battles, so don't go by how it does. Humans can get wicked good, but they can't pull off the ridiculous crap the AI can.
