Create-an-Arlovski

Just curious. I haven't had much time to mess with the create-a-fighter feature, can you choose a default character to start with? Like start with Arlovski, and alter his appearance/attributes & save as a new fighter? Would love to make a new version of him with a good beard, both physically & attribute-wise! :)
